SG-image AF 35mm F2.2 Lense Review (L-mount)

SG-image 라는 제조사를 알게되고 가장 관심있게 기다렸던 렌즈다.

28~35미리의 화각대에서 적당한 조리개 값과 컴팩트함을 가진 렌즈가 나왔으면 했는데

SG-image 에서 35mm f2.2 의 렌즈를 내놓은 것이다.

공식 홈페이지에서 후드포함 $159, 후드제외 $149 로 판매중.

주저없이 후드제외로 구입해보았다.

이미 지난 번에 50mm f1.8 Shaped Aperture Lense 리뷰를 하면서

친숙해진 브랜드였기 때문에 어느정도 기대감은 충분히 있었다.

내가 생각했던 것 보다는 빵?이 조금 있었던 편.

하지만 충분히 컴팩트헀다.

무언가 기특? 했던 부분은 F2.8 이 아니라 F2.2 로 노력하고 노력한 것 같은 느낌..ㅋ

펌웨어 포트가 옆면에 붙어있는 구조다.

너무나도 친숙한 52미리 구경을 갖췄고 아담? 앙증맞다.

사실 가격을 좀 더 높이고 F2 를 맞췄으면,

너무 크기가 커졌으려나? 하는 궁금증도 생기긴 했었다.

유저들의 욕심은 끝이없다..ㅎ

SG-image AF 35mm F2.2

앞으로 더 많은 af 렌즈들을 내놓을 것 같은데, 기대가 된다.

고무패킹으로 펌웨어 포트를 막아놓는 구조인데, 분실 우려는 좀 있어 보인다.

참 예전에는 저가형 렌즈는 플라스틱 마운트가 기본이었는데,

이제는 상향 평준화 된건지 이런 저가형 렌즈도 금속 마운트가 당연하다.

중국 제조사들 덕분에 L마운트가 풍족해지고 있다.

개인적으로 M마운트에는 네이티브를 추구하고 L마운트에서는 써드파티를 선호하는 편이라

앞으로도 중국 제조사들에 대한 탐색 여정? 은 계속되지 않을까 싶다.

화질은 기대보다 좋았고 느낌상 훨씬 좋았던 건 왜곡이 깔끔했다는 기억이다.

이 가격에 이 화질이 가능할까? 싶은..

국내 공식 수입사가 없어서 리뷰나 작례도 좀 부족해 보이는데..

실제로 관심있는 유저들에게 도움이 되길…

예상대로 빌트록스의 그녀석이 나왔군요 ㅎ

28미리에 4.5 조리개가 다소 아쉬울 순 있으나 팬케익 특성상 조리개보다는

작은 크기를 부각해서 살펴봐야 할 것 같습니다.

가격도 저렴해서, 바디캡으로 대신 써도 될 것 같은 렌즈가 아닐까 싶네요.

Samyang/Schneider 의 L mount 줌렌즈가 6월 25일 공개 예정?

Samyang is officially teasing the lens of a new lens that is “Lighter. Faster.Closer”.

Back in March Phototrend had a chat with a Samyang manager where they discussed those possible new lenses:

  • 20-50mm f/2 AF lens: It is reportedly still at an early stage of development, and its launch would not be expected before 2028 or 2029. Due to its wider aperture, this zoom would be larger and heavier than the current 24-60 mm.
  • 28-85mm f/2-2.8 AF lens: It was initially envisioned with a constant f/2 aperture, but Samyang would ultimately opt for a variable aperture in order to reduce its size. Unstabilized and slightly larger than the new 24-60 mm, this zoom could see the light of day by late 2027 or spring 2028 if feedback is positive.
  • 28-135mm f/2.8 AF lens: reportedly already in production for a release planned for late 2026 at the earliest.
  • 300mm f/4 OIS AF lens: The South Korean manufacturer could even consider integrating a built-in 1.4x teleconverter (effectively turning it into a 420 mm f/5.6) to work around licensing restrictions on external teleconverters imposed by major camera manufacturers. Would be Samyang’s first to feature optical image stabilization (OIS).
  • 200mm f/1.8 OIS AF lens: Producing this kind of lens could be costly.

Moreover Samyang displayed a prototype of a new 60-180mm f/2.8 lens at the CP+ show:

I don’t know of the lens coming on June 25 is going to be the 28-135mm f/2.8 FE/L or the 60-180mm f/2.8 FE/L. What do you think?

FE 마운트는 사실 당연하고 추가로 L마운트까지 예상하는군요.

올초에 여러 줌렌즈들의 가능성이 예측됐는데..

28-135 2.8 이나 60-180 2.8 이 아닐런지?

어찌되었든 삼양이 L마운트를 적극적으로 출시해주기만을 바랄 뿐~!

24미리 3.8 렌즈는 가격도 저렴할 것 같아서 일단 기대중!

LK Samyang Expands Its Co-Developed Super-Wide Zoom AF 14-24mm F2.8 FE to L-Mount

LK Samyang, a global optical solutions company, announces the expansion of its first compact zoom series product, co-developed with Schneider-Kreuznach, the AF 14-24mm F2.8 FE, now available in L-mount.

The AF 14-24mm F2.8 FE is a jointly developed product that combines Schneider-Kreuznach’s renowned optical design expertise with LK Samyang’s advanced manufacturing and autofocus technologies. Upon its release, the lens set a new benchmark in the ultra-wide zoom category, offering a compact and lightweight design along with a unique 77mm front filter capability.

Following its launch, the compact zoom series expanded with the introduction of the standard zoom AF 24-60mm F2.8 FE, delivering both portability and versatility. Furthermore, at CP+ this year, LK Samyang revealed its plan to complete the lineup with the upcoming telephoto zoom AF 60-180mm F2.8 FE.

This new L-mount version of the AF 14-24mm F2.8 maintains the same optical performance and key specifications as the original FE mount version, while featuring a compact length of approximately 86.8mm, an ultra-lightweight design of just 441g, and a minimum focusing distance (MOD) of 0.18m. Through this expansion, LK Samyang aims to offer a broader range of options to global users across diverse camera systems.

TTartisan 에서 새로운 NEO 시리즈 렌즈 출시: 50mm f/1.8 & 85mm f/1.8 (L mount)

TTartisan announced in China two full-frame AF lenses from the new Neo series (previously reported here): AF 50mm f/1.8 and AF 85mm f/1.8 (E/Z/L). Check for pre-orders at B&H Photo and the official TTartisan store.

 
The Neo Series focuses on simplicity, with a clean and minimalistic design – no aperture ring or focus ring. The new TTartisan AF 50mm f/1.8 full-frame lens weighs only 157 grams and is available in Sony E and Nikon Z mounts (a L-mount version is coming later). The lens features an STM stepping motor, an 8-element, 12-group optical design, a 52mm filter thread, and a minimum focusing distance of 0.48 meters, and supports DIY custom armor. The price is around $90. The second TTartisan Neo lens (AF 85mm f/1.8) will be released later.

50.8, 85.8 렌즈인데 NEO 시리즈로서 깔끔한 디자인에 합리적인 가격의 라인업 제품이네요.

50.8 이 $100 되지 않는 가격으로 출시되는 것 같은데,, 렌즈에 조리개, 초점링이 삭제되었지만

그만큼 훌륭한 가격과 쓸만한 화질을 보여주지 않을까 싶습니다.

TT아티산의 행보가 마음에 드네요…ㅎㅎ

Samyang is teasing the announcement of a new ultra-wide zoom lens for L-mount on April 30th (Samyang recently joined the L Mount Alliance).

Samyang currently has the 35-150mm f/2-2.8 AF lens for L-mount. In the US, Samyang lenses are sold at B&H Photo and Amazon (some models are sold under the Rokinon brand). In Europe, you can buy Samyang lenses at Foto Erhardt and WEX Photo.

TTartisan 탓에 살짝 뒷북? 이 되긴 했지만 파나소닉에서 40미리 f2 렌즈를 출시했습니다.

S9 에 딱 맞는 단렌즈를 이제서야 내놓는군요. S9 에디션도 함께 출시했습니다.

생김새나 성능은 TTartisan 40 f2 보다 나을 것 같은데, 가격이 $399 로 책정됐네요.

저렴하게 TTartisan 쓰느냐, 오리지널 쓰느냐의 문제인데, 화질은 비슷하지 않을까 싶습니다..ㅎㅎ
